Our response to coronavirus (COVID-19)
Wanda is grateful to have a wanda-ful community of customers. During these unprecedented and challenging times, we wanted to assure you all that we are committed to supporting you and your families by making grocery shopping more accessible.
As we continue to practice social distancing to protect the most vulnerable in our society, Wanda has decided to open our deliveries to all those in the Toronto area, not just those living in a building we’ve partnered with. Our mission is to ensure that everyone is able to get access to their grocery essentials during these challenging times.
To ensure maximal health precautions, the Wanda team will continue to abide by the utmost safety practices (i.e., hand sanitization between handling items, offering paid leave to employees handling deliveries who have flu-like symptoms) to ensure that we are delivering your groceries in the best conditions, and reducing the spread of the virus to you and your families.
We also want to assure you that we will be flexible with our delivery methods, in order to cater to your needs during this time. That is, whether you would like us to simply deliver at your doorstep or continue to deliver inside your home, we are happy to cater to your evolving preferences.
Our community is important to us. We will continue to work hard to meet the needs of you and your family.
