Where do you deliver?

We currently serve customers in the Toronto and the GTA. If you’re unsure if you qualify, please don’t hesitate to ask us. 

How do I find out when my free delivery day?

Within 24 hours of your sign up, you’ll receive an onboarding email with your free delivery information. When you place on order on your delivery day, the $4.99 delivery fee will be refunded after you checkout. 

My produce wasn’t ridiculously fresh, what should I do?

You can request a replacement or refund via email or live chat with your name and order number at [email protected]

Where do your products come from?

We source our products from farmers and distributors similar to a traditional grocery store. All items that are available for purchase are from our own inventory, and are housed in our fulfillment centre.

I can't find a product on your website. How do I suggest new products?
